We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Size-related returns are not accepted, as we provide a detailed size chart to help you choose accurately. Selecting the wrong size without referring to the chart is considered customer negligence, and such returns cannot be processed.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In their original packaging

    • With tags (if applicable)

    • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

If you wish to order a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return request is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
